We help you identify what your needs are, and then we provide you with services that have been specially tailored just for you.
  • How do I know I can trust the people you send to my home/business?
    We are very particular about who we hire. Every JIJO employee undergoes a rigorous screening process. Our employees are all given top-notch training to meet our demanding standards, and we regularly conduct quality inspection checks. Trust is a vital component of our business. We pride ourselves on having earned the trust of hundreds and hundreds of customers throughout the years of our company’s success.
  • How do I get started?
    It’s as easy as giving us a call! (646) 474-4847 The first thing we will do is visit your home/business to discuss your individual cleaning needs, and to give you a free estimate. (This can also be done via video conference). We will provide you with a comprehensive list of our wide range of services, so that you may choose what you’d like us to do for you. Together we will create a work order tailored to your specific requests, and you will be provided with a copy. This is not a contract, but merely another way to guarantee you our personalized, consistent and timely service.
  • Do you guarantee your work?
    Absolutely! We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. Our goal is to give you the best cleaning possible each time. If something is not done to your satisfaction, call us within 24 hours and we will correct it for free, or give you a credit on your next clean.
  • How do I pay for my cleaning?
    Payment is due the day the service is performed.

We promise to clean your home/business better. In fact, it is our brand promise to give you a consistently delightful cleaning experience. 

Our guarantee to you is that if we make a mistake we will fix it. Let us know about any deficient areas of your cleaning within 24 hours and we will make it right.

That’s our promise and our guarantee. This is a comprehensive 100% Satisfaction Cleaning Guarantee because you deserve it.

We also guarantee that we will be there on your scheduled cleaning day. If for whatever reason we can’t be there, we will return and clean your home for free. The only exceptions are inclement weather that would make it unsafe for us to travel to your home, or an observed holiday on your scheduled h cleaning day.

We provide these comprehensive guarantees because we know you have a choice when it comes to having your home cleaned, and it should be cleaned to your standards. We also know you are counting on us to be there when we say we will. That is why we guarantee your scheduled service day, no excuses, we will be there.

Cancellation Policy

If a cleaning appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, or if the cleaner is unable to enter the house, a cancellation fee of 50% of that cleaning's cost will be charged. If an open ended (hourly) cleaning is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of $75.00 will be charged.

Payments Accepted

Payment is due at time of service. You may pay by cash, PayPal, or CashApp. If you aren't home during our first visit, we will ask you for the full estimated amount, plus tax.  On regularly scheduled visits, we ask you to leave payment on the kitchen countertop.
